【150kw柴油自启停发电机组】基本说明
1、净化。中含有多种矿物质和杂质,若不沉淀过滤净化,会影响柱塞和喷油头工作,造成供油不均匀,油料雾化不良等现象,使发动机功率下降,油耗增加。因此,建议先将静置段时间,让杂质沉淀,加油时将漏斗加滤网过滤下。再就是定期清洗或更换过滤器,达到净化目的。
2、不要负荷作业。机械负荷作业时会冒黑烟,这是没有充分燃烧的燃油排放。只要机械常冒黑烟,就会增大油耗,还会缩短零部件的使用寿命。
3、积炭。机在工作中,有聚合物附着在气门、气门座、喷油嘴和活塞顶部。这些积炭会增加油耗,应及时。
4、保持水温。机的冷却水温度过低,会使燃烧不完全,影响功率的发挥,也浪费燃油。因此,要适当使用保温帘,注意冷却水用不含矿物质的软水,如流动的河水等。当大泽发电机工作500小时后,就要进行全面的技术检查,当零件磨损过时,应及束行修理或更换。维修指南:对于手动启动的发电机来说,如果使用不当,启动用的拉盘和拉绳就易损坏,这里我们特别讲下拉盘的维修:拉盘的故障多出现在发条上,由于启动时拉力过猛或回线太快,致使发条两端用于固定的限位钩脱落。只需用大“”字螺丝刀拆下拉盘中央的螺丝,慢慢取出塑料盘,(不过要当心盘内发条弹出伤人)。用尖嘴钳重新固定限位钩即可。但是如果是发条断裂或已无弹力,则需要更换。需注意的是重新装配时应在发条上加点油脂。发电机可在市电失电时,发电机组自动启动,发电供电;市电来电,恢复正常后,自动切换到市供电,机组自动停机,这就是ATS全自动装置,这是款的技术成果,完全不需要人工看护。
