传动：压滤机入料泵安装时通常采用直连式传动，但由于地形条件，某些特殊工况需要采用皮带传动，皮带传动一般有三种，尾架式，平行式，背托式。管路配置：鼎千泵业生产的压滤机入料泵为式泵，吸程较小，建议入料液面高于泵的中心高。进料口的管路直径应泵的进口直径相同或稍大。大多数情况下输送的浆体浓度较高，所以进口的管路不宜过长，以免影响吸料。
三、ZJW压滤机入料X泵选型
与其它一般性输送用泵区别很大，一般性输送用泵的选型，主要是选用某条流量、扬程曲线上某个点或很短一段曲线所对应的性能。而压滤机的工作特性是：滤室内滤饼的逐渐形成，入料阻力也随之加大，要求入料泵从起始时的大流量、低扬程自行过滤末期的小流量、高扬程。反映到曲线上是需要较长的甚至一条较完整的而且是越陡越好的流量、扬程曲线。除此特性外，还要求泵工作在高压时，不用轴封水和无泄漏，为建设环保工厂创造条件。wjhuiquan6.26
ZJW压滤机入料X泵功率配置入料泵的功率损耗在入料的初始阶段，所以要详细计算由入料泵往压滤机注浆的压力，然后按该压力对应的该泵的流量，扬程配用功率。如此较为准确、节约。由于各工厂压滤的实际布置差异，当入料泵与滤机之间的沿程阻力较大时（如：泵距压滤机较远、管道直径偏小、弯头与闸门较多、浆液粘度较大等），会入料泵的扬程损失，成饼压力。滤饼水份偏高与单循环时间拉长，的生产效率大为，所以必须要合理的管路配置。
