描述

在部署新兴的高速串行总线技术、识别宽带宽射频信号的频谱分量或分析瞬时物理现象时，您需要得到被测信号的X真实特征。Keysight Infiniium 90000 X 系列示波器具有 32 GHz 真正模拟带宽。通过投资研发专有的集成电路制程，是德在其测量仪器上实现了业界X高的硬件模拟带宽，同时实现了业界X低的本底噪声和固有抖动，并且使 90000 X 系列能够提供高达 32 GHz 的真正模拟硬件带宽。由于 16 GHz 硬件技术的瓶颈，其他厂商只能采用数字信号处理增强技术或频域交织技术来提高其示波器的测试带宽。但是，这些方法会增大噪声密度和失真，并且会对测量精度产生不利影响。90000 X 系列具有业界X低的噪声和固有抖动，能够确保卓越的测量精度。

和Infiniium 90000 X系列示波器一起推出的X新测试探头可提供 30 GHz 的点测探头附件，其它附件则具有 28 GHz 的带宽，若一开始仅购买 16GHz 带宽的探头，您可在未来任何需要的时刻将它们升X到更高的带宽。
