电器控制系统介绍
生产线用于生产石膏板 控制系统部件 1）电脑程序化控制；2）PLC 控制；3）变频器控制；4）接触器式继电器；5）光电传感器 从而实现了长期运行的全自动石膏板生产线。
The paper will be controlled by automatic adjusting controller of the divcision microcomputer. Adjust difference is less than 0.5-1 mm. Adjusting speed is less than 1 second, with high divcision and stable performance.
生产线用于生产石膏板 纸张由微电脑精密自动调节装置进行控制，调节差小于0.5-1毫米，调节速度小于一秒，精度高，性能稳定。
High divcision gypsum powder flow is controlled by belt scale and CPU micro-computer; starch and foaming agent’s flow is controlled by magnetic flow meter and CPU; setting belt ‘s speed, cutting speed and conveying speed in dryer are controlled by CPU, PLC and sensor, for assuring gypsum board’s quality. Electric machine move, turning, roller conveying and distributor are controlled by PLC with photoelectric sensor for realizing automatically turning systdiv.

Fast out units, collecting roller machine, board closing machine, length fixing, traversing and lifting belt are detected by the photoelectric sensor, through the PLC control systdiv to achieve automatic cutting and length fixing.
