TP2 copper phosphorus characteristics and scope of application: TP2 phosphorized copper welding property and cold crooked performance is good, there is no "hydrogen", can be used in processing, in the reducing atmosphere, but unfavorable in oxidizing atmosphere processing and use. TP1 residual phosphorus quantity less than TP2, so its high conductive, thermal conductivity is TP2. TP1 and TP2 mainly pipe application, can plate, belt, or bar, line supply. Used for gas or gas transportation pipe, drain pipe, tube for condenser pipe, mine, condenser, evaporator, heat exchanger, the train parts.
TP2磷铜特性及适用范围：TP2磷脱氧铜焊接性能和冷弯性能好，一般无“氢病”倾向，可在还原性气氛中加工、使用，但不宜在氧化性气氛中加工、使用。TP1的残磷量比TP2少，故其导电、导热性较TP2高。TP1和TP2主要以管材应用，也可以板、带或棒、线供应。用作汽油或气体输送管、排水管、冷凝管、水雷用管、冷凝器、蒸发器、热交换器、火车箱零件。

锡 Sn ：≤0.01
铅 Pb：≤0.005
磷 P：0.013～0.050
镍 Ni：≤0.01
铁 Fe：≤0.05
锑 Sb ：≤0.002
硫 S ：≤0.005
砷 As ：≤0.005
铋 Bi：≤0.002
氧 O：≤0.01
注：≤0.15(杂质)
TP2磷脱氧铜力学性能：
抗拉强度 σb (MPa)：215～275
伸长率 δ10 (％)：≥25
硬度 ：55～100HV
注 ：带材的室温拉伸力学性能
试样尺寸：厚度≥0.3
状态：磷脱氧铜带材(1/4硬,≥0.3mm)
